The First Information Report (FIR) was initially filed at the Vasco police station and was transferred to the crime branch on Tuesday. The organizers disclosed that Madhav had accompanied Gautam to the event and was responsible for coordinating logistics, including arranging flight tickets and accommodation, in exchange for a payment of Rs 51,000.
