According to police sources, the accused constable, identified as Sunil Kumar, was off-duty at the time of the shooting. He reportedly had an argument with the victim, identified as 23-year-old Manoj Kumar, a delivery worker for a food aggregator. The constable allegedly fired his service revolver, hitting Manoj in the chest. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
