Chandigarh Police Secure Key Accused in Sensational Parry Murder Case

In a significant development in the sensational murder case of Inderjit Singh alias Parry, the Chandigarh police have successfully brought two shooters and their accomplices to the city. The authorities executed production warrants from Delhi's Tihar Jail and Ambala Jail to transfer the accused.

The police produced the accused before the Chandigarh district court. Officers obtained a seven-day police remand for further interrogation of the individuals.

Accused Brought to Chandigarh for Questioning

The accused brought on production warrants include Piyush Piplani from Panchkula, Kunwarbir from Amritsar, and Gopal and Shivam from Faridkot in Punjab. Chandigarh police have also applied for production warrants for three other accused.

These three individuals will be brought to Chandigarh soon for interrogation according to police sources.

Police Investigation Reveals Crime Details

The police investigation has revealed crucial details about the murder. Piyush Piplani and Ankush served as the main shooters in Parry's murder. Kunwarbir drove the car used during the commission of the crime.

Other accused face charges of providing logistical support to the gang. Their alleged activities include supplying weapons, vehicles, mobile phones and SIM cards. They also stand accused of sheltering the shooters and planning further criminal activities.

Delhi Police Recovery and Gang Connections

The Delhi Special Cell recovered four pistols during the arrest of accused Piyush, Ankush and Kunwarbir in December last year. According to police officials, all accused maintain connections with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's close associates.

Police reports indicate the accused had gathered in Delhi to plan a new crime when the Delhi Police Special Cell arrested them.

Social Media Claims and Recordings Surface

Following Parry's murder, the Lawrence group first claimed responsibility for the killing. They posted about the murder on Facebook the same day. A call recording of a conversation between Bishnoi and Parry later surfaced.

Voice recordings of gangsters Goldy Brar and Hari Boxer also emerged. Both individuals were heard levelling allegations against each other in these recordings. The recordings revealed their mutual conflict according to sources.

Additional Arrests and Charges

Gopal and Shivam faced arrest by police after Parry's murder. Both individuals stand accused of providing pistols, mobile phones, SIM cards, and vehicles to the shooters. Their alleged support enabled the commission of the crime according to investigation findings.

The Chandigarh police continue their investigation into this high-profile murder case. They are pursuing all leads to establish the complete chain of events and identify all individuals involved in the crime.
