Bus Overturns in Firozabad After Collision with Divider, 18-19 Passengers Injured

Dr. RC Keshav, the Chief Medical Superintendent of Shikohabad, provided insights into the emergency response. "I received the call in the morning, and soon three or five patients started arriving. A total of 18 patients had arrived. Most injuries were minor, though one patient was slightly serious. When I received the call from the Chief Minister's office, I immediately went to the emergency room. Our emergency team, doctors and staff were ready, and I personally examined them," he stated.
Hospital Response and Treatment
Dr. RN Singh added further details, confirming the severity of the accident. "A bus collided with a divider on the expressway and overturned, in which 18-19 people were injured and admitted to Shikohabad hospital. One of these patients is serious and has been referred to Firozabad," he explained. The injured passengers are currently receiving treatment at Shikohabad hospital, with medical teams working diligently to ensure their recovery.
The accident highlights ongoing concerns about road safety in the region, particularly on busy expressways.
