The assault occurred near Jagdam College Dhalo within the Mufassil police station area, as the mining officer, Pradeep Kumar, was attempting to seize a tractor loaded with illegal sand.

Details of the Violent Confrontation

The attackers, armed with sticks, stones, and iron rods, surrounded the vehicle and began pelting stones aggressively.
