A shocking incident of road rage unfolded in Aligarh's Harduaganj area on Friday morning, leaving a 32-year-old SUV driver injured after he was allegedly shot by two bystanders. The altercation reportedly began when the victim honked his horn to clear a path blocked by a parked motorcycle.

The incident occurred around 8:30 AM on Friday. According to police reports, Rahul Chaudhary, a 32-year-old resident of Aligarh, was returning home with two companions in his SUV. As he approached the Harduaganj area, his vehicle was obstructed by a motorcycle parked on the road. Chaudhary honked to signal the riders to move their bike.
Instead of clearing the way, the two individuals on the motorcycle reacted violently. One of them allegedly pulled out a firearm and opened fire. A bullet struck Chaudhary in his left arm, causing immediate injury. He was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. His condition is reported to be stable following the attack.

Atrauli Circle Officer Rajeev Dwivedi stated that the Harduaganj police station received information about the shooting involving an SUV. An FIR has been registered under BNS Section 109, which pertains to attempt to murder, marking a serious legal response to the violent act.
