Sophisticated Car Rental Fraud in Chandkheda

In a separate case of deception, a rental car worth Rs 16 lakh was allegedly taken on rent using forged documents and subsequently sold to multiple buyers. A cheating case was registered at Chandkheda police station on Friday following the discovery of this elaborate scheme.

The 33-year-old complainant, who operates a travel office on Mansarovar Road, revealed that the vehicle was rented out for self-drive on March 3 while he was away. When the car wasn't returned as scheduled, an investigation uncovered that it had been sold to other parties, who then allegedly passed it on through subsequent transactions, creating a chain of fraudulent deals.

Violent Road Rage Incident in Bopal
