Haryana Government Executes Major Administrative Reshuffle Affecting 63 Officers
The Haryana government has undertaken a substantial administrative reshuffle, issuing transfer and posting orders for a total of 63 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Haryana Civil Service (HCS) officers with immediate effect. This move, announced on Thursday, represents a significant overhaul in the state's bureaucratic structure, aimed at optimizing governance and administrative efficiency across various departments and divisions.
Key Appointments in the Reshuffle
Among the prominent appointments, Amit Kumar Agrawal (IAS, 2003) has been designated as the Member Secretary of the Kurukshetra Development Board. He will continue to handle his current responsibilities in addition to this new role. Geeta Bharti (IAS, 2005) has been posted as the Commissioner of the Hisar division, while Ravi Prakash Gupta (IAS, 2007) takes charge as the Commissioner of the Gurugram division. Gupta will also retain his existing position as Secretary of the Haryana Urban Estate Department. Furthermore, Narhari Singh Banger (IAS, 2011) has been appointed as the Managing Director of CONFED.
