I received the 'delivered' message on March 23, but the cylinder never arrived. When I approached the agency, I was told that the delivery had been completed in my name. Despite repeated requests, the agency refused to acknowledge my complaint and advised me to wait 25 days before placing a new booking."

Smita Kumari of Housing Colony reported an even more baffling incident: "I booked a gas cylinder on March 23 and received a cash memo and delivery message on March 25. Surprisingly, a subsidy amount of Rs 37.76 was also credited to my bank account, though I never received the cylinder." This anomaly raises serious questions about the integrity of the delivery and subsidy system.

Allegations of Black Marketing Surface
