CM Dr. Yadav Calls for CCTV and Ecofriendly Materials
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has directed the installation of CCTV cameras in all public places across the state and promoted the use of ecofriendly building materials in housing projects. The announcements were made during a review meeting of the Planning, Economic and Statistics Department held in Bhopal.
District-Level Development Reviews Ordered
The Chief Minister instructed that district-level presentations on development works be conducted regularly. Ministers-in-charge will highlight district achievements at Independence Day functions, and exhibitions showcasing development works will be organized. A conference of District Development Committees is scheduled to be held in Bhopal to coordinate these efforts.
Focus on Public Safety and Sustainability
Dr. Yadav emphasized that CCTV surveillance is crucial for enhancing public safety and deterring crime. He also stressed the importance of ecofriendly building materials to promote sustainable development and reduce environmental impact. According to the Chief Minister, these measures align with the state's long-term vision for smart and green cities.
Review of Planning and Statistics Department
The review meeting also assessed the performance of the Planning, Economic and Statistics Department. Officials presented data on economic growth, infrastructure projects, and social welfare schemes. The Chief Minister directed the department to ensure accurate and timely data collection for evidence-based policymaking.
