Chatra Deputy Commissioner Kirtishiree G confirmed the details of the ambitious plan. She stated that a detailed project report for Rs 65.43 crore has been forwarded to the government. The core objective is to develop this hill into a major destination for religious tourism.

- Construction of guest houses for pilgrims and tourists

Currently, reaching the hilltop temple complex requires navigating nearly 1,575 steps. This arduous climb poses serious difficulties for elderly pilgrims and those with physical challenges. The proposed ropeway is specifically designed to solve this access problem, making the spiritual site available to all.
Comprehensive Development Vision
The project seeks to position Kauleshwari Hill as a prominent spiritual centre at both the state and national level. Beyond the visible amenities, the plan includes crucial basic infrastructure. This encompasses reliable water supply, electricity connections, internal roads, and sustainable systems like rainwater harvesting and solar power installations.

Her focus was on ensuring the availability of basic amenities and supporting the ongoing beautification work. "I am following this project closely," she affirmed. "I will ensure it soon gets approval, followed by the immediate start of construction work."
