The vibrant spirit of "Padharo Mhare Des" (Welcome to My Land) was brought to life in Lucknow on Monday as the city enthusiastically celebrated Rajasthan Foundation Day. This grand event, held at Era University, was organized under the directives of Governor Anandiben Patel, showcasing the rich and diverse cultural tapestry of Rajasthan through a series of engaging activities.

The program served as a magnificent tribute to Rajasthan's illustrious heritage, featuring:
- Folk Performances: Medical students, adorned in traditional Rajasthani attire, captivated the audience with energetic folk dances that earned resounding applause.

The event was formally inaugurated by Dr. Ashok Kumar Vishnoi, Dean of Nursing at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, alongside Vice-Chancellor Abbas Ali Mahdi. A highlight of the celebration was a skit competition, where the first prize was awarded to a talented team comprising Farha Ahmad, Kashish Ansari, Asra Iqbal, Kulsum Rizvi, Falak, Adarsh Chaurasia, Arya Gupta, Pratiksha Kaushal, Rahila, and Tahseen Zehra. Their performance was praised for its creativity and cultural authenticity.
