Yatnal recently shared on social media a letter purportedly received from the Mutt, which formally informs him of his selection. The letter, addressed to the MLA, states that Parama Pujya Sri Subudhendra Theertha Mahaswami has expressed pleasure in approving Yatnal for the "Sri Mantralaya-Parimala-Prashasti." It further grants consent for his participation in the award ceremony, scheduled to take place on February 25, 2026, at the Mantralaya Srikshetra. Additionally, the invitation extends to Yatnal's family, encouraging them to attend the event and celebrate this honor together.
Yatnal's Heartfelt Response and Praise for the Mutt
Upon receiving the news, MLA Yatnal responded with a social media post expressing his profound gratitude. He stated, "I express my heartfelt gratitude to the mutt and Parama Pujya Sri Subudhendra Theertha Mahaswami for selecting me for this honour." In his message, he also commended the extensive social service initiatives undertaken by the Sri Raghavendra Swami Mutt. Yatnal highlighted that beyond providing spiritual guidance, the institution actively serves the community by offering free daily meals and accommodation to thousands of devotees, providing educational assistance to students, and maintaining goshalas for animal welfare.
He sought the blessings of the seers for the welfare of farmers, workers, and the general public, reiterating his appreciation for the Mutt and its leadership.
