Practical examiners have been directed to report any obstacles created by schools immediately. They must inform the concerned District Inspector of Schools (DIoS) and the additional secretary of the respective regional office in writing without delay.
Mandatory Protocols for Examiners and Schools
To ensure accountability and transparency, the UP Board has outlined several mandatory protocols for examiners:
- Examiners must carry their appointment letters along with their Aadhaar cards to the examination centers for verification purposes.
- During the examination period, examiners are required to be present in the laboratory daily alongside the principal and internal examiner.
- Examiners must upload photographs and geo-parameters through the designated mobile app to document their presence and activities.
- Practical marks must be uploaded on the board's portal on the same day as the examination to prevent delays or discrepancies.
- Answer sheets must be preserved safely for a period of one year for future reference and audits.
These measures are designed to uphold the credibility of the examination system and provide a fair assessment platform for all Class 12 students in Uttar Pradesh.
