KVS NVS 2025 Recruitment: Apply by 11:50 PM Today

The application window for one of the largest central government recruitment drives of 2025 is closing tonight. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Sangathan (NVS) recruitment for teaching and non-teaching posts will conclude today, with the online portal shutting down at 11:50 PM.

Eligible candidates aiming for a career in central government schools must complete and submit their applications before the deadline. This massive recruitment drive, conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), offers a total of 14,833 positions across various roles.

Key Dates and Application Process

The official notification for the KVS NVS teaching and non-teaching recruitment 2025 was released on November 13, 2025. The online application process commenced the very next day, on November 14, 2025.

Applicants are required to apply through the official portal designated by the CBSE. The process involves filling out the detailed application form, uploading necessary documents like photographs and signatures, and paying the prescribed application fee online. Candidates are strongly advised to avoid last-minute rushes to prevent technical glitches and ensure a smooth submission.

Application Fees and Eligibility Criteria

The application fee structure is category-specific. For candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories, the fee is set at Rs. 1,700. Applicants from SC, ST, PWD, and Ex-Servicemen categories need to pay a reduced fee of Rs. 500. All payments must be completed online within the stipulated time.

The age limit for applying varies according to the specific post. The crucial date for calculating age is December 4, 2025. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the prevailing government rules and regulations. Interested individuals must thoroughly review the official notification to confirm their eligibility for the desired posts, which include TGT, PGT, PRT, and various non-teaching positions.

Selection Process and Important Exam Dates

The selection of candidates will be a multi-stage process designed to assess both knowledge and skills. Applicants will first need to clear a Computer-Based Test (CBT-I). For certain positions, a skill test will follow the written examination.

Successful candidates in these tests will then proceed to the stages of document verification and a mandatory medical examination. The first major hurdle, the CBT-I examination for all posts, is scheduled to be held on January 10 and 11, 2026.

Authorities have cautioned that any discrepancy in the application details or failure to submit the form completely by the deadline will lead to outright rejection. With thousands of positions at stake in this prestigious recruitment drive, today marks the final opportunity for aspirants to secure their chance.
