Dhanbad Schools Achieve Perfect Attendance in Pre-Board Examinations
In a significant development for academic preparedness ahead of the crucial board examinations, 22 schools across Dhanbad district have recorded an impressive 100% student attendance during their pre-board exams. This achievement marks a notable milestone in the district's educational landscape, reflecting a concerted effort by the entire education community.
District Administration's Directive Yields Results
The accomplishment was realized during the second pre-board examinations for matriculation and intermediate students, as well as the first pre-board exams for Class 9 and 11 students. These examinations were conducted under the directives of District Collector Aditya Ranjan, who has been actively involved in enhancing the academic environment in Dhanbad.
Lauding the collective efforts of the education fraternity, DC Ranjan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all headmasters and teachers for ensuring full participation by the students. He termed this achievement a clear reflection of strong monitoring, effective coordination, and the unwavering commitment of school authorities towards the academic success of their students.

Comprehensive Academic Support Measures
The district administration implemented several supportive measures to ensure students were well-prepared. Answer scripts from the previous pre-board examinations were meticulously evaluated as directed by the DC, and the toppers' marks were prominently displayed on school notice boards to inspire others.
Furthermore, detailed discussions on the question papers were held with students to clarify concepts and address difficulties. Teachers demonstrated exceptional dedication by tracking absent students through telephone calls to ensure their participation. The results were thoroughly discussed during School Management Committee (SMC) and Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) sessions, with valuable feedback collected directly from the students themselves.
Boost in Student Confidence and Enthusiasm
District Education Officer Abhishek Jha highlighted that students are now exhibiting increased confidence and enthusiasm as they approach the final board examinations. He described this initiative as historic for Dhanbad's educational sector and extended his gratitude to District Collector Aditya Ranjan for spearheading this transformative effort.
This comprehensive approach to pre-board examinations has not only ensured maximum participation but has also created a supportive academic environment that empowers students to perform at their best. The success story from Dhanbad serves as an inspiring model for other districts aiming to enhance examination preparedness and student engagement.
