Critical Guidelines for Examinees

The Board has issued strict instructions to ensure the fair and smooth conduct of the examinations. A valid admit card with a duly attested photograph is mandatory for entry into the examination hall. The Board has warned that all exams will be conducted under strict supervision.

In a significant directive, the Board has prohibited calculators and mobile phones inside the exam centres. Possession of any such electronic device will lead to the registration of an Unfair Means Case (U.M.C.) against the candidate.

BSEH has also outlined provisions for specially-abled students. Eligible candidates can avail extra time and the services of a scribe (amanuensis), as per the rules. All students must strictly adhere to the guidelines printed on their admit cards and follow the instructions given at the examination centre without exception.

For any emergency assistance during the examination period, the Board has provided dedicated contact details, including WhatsApp and PABX numbers, to resolve issues promptly.

Students appearing for the Haryana Board Class XII Special Partial Improvement Examination are advised to begin their preparations in accordance with this official schedule and follow all protocols for a hassle-free experience.
