The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board has officially released the provisional answer key and recorded responses for the OJEE 2026 examination. Candidates who appeared for undergraduate, postgraduate, and lateral entry entrance exams can now access and download these documents from the official website.
Revised Schedule for Answer Key Release
In a revised public notice issued on May 14, the board announced that the display of provisional answer keys and recorded responses would commence from May 16, 2026. This notice replaced an earlier notification issued on May 11, 2026.
Objection Filing Process
Candidates who are not satisfied with the provisional answer key can raise objections until May 18, 2026. To challenge any answer, candidates must pay a processing fee of Rs 100 per question. The board has clarified that the fee will be refunded only if the objection is accepted after review by the OJEE Committee.
The objection facility will remain active until 11:59 pm on May 18, while fee payment through debit card, credit card, net banking, or Paytm can be completed until midnight on the same day. The board emphasized that no challenge will be accepted without payment of the processing fee.
Review and Final Answer Key
According to the notice, all objections will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If any challenge is found valid, the answer key will be revised accordingly. The final OJEE result will be prepared based on the revised final answer key. The board also stated that candidates will not be informed individually about whether their objections were accepted or rejected, and the final decision taken by experts will be binding.
