Conclave Structure and Core Objectives

The Spark-o-Fest conclave was meticulously structured to provide maximum value to participants. The agenda featured:

  • Six in-depth keynote lectures delivered by industry experts.
  • Three interactive panel discussions exploring critical topics.
  • Four competitive events designed to challenge and showcase talent.

The primary focus areas of the event were design thinking methodologies, securing startup funding, and driving innovation specifically within the healthcare sector.

Bridging the Gap Between Academia and Industry

Organising Chairman Commander Sumit Ghosh articulated the fundamental goal of the initiative. "This conclave aims to effectively bridge the persistent gap between academic research and its practical, real-world application," he stated.

He further added that a key objective is to encourage a mindset of experimentation and calculated risk-taking among students, researchers, and aspiring entrepreneurs, which is essential for breakthrough innovations.

The event in Lucknow represents a significant step by the Uttar Pradesh administration to create a supportive infrastructure where innovative ideas can flourish, receive guidance, and ultimately evolve into successful enterprises that contribute to the state's and nation's economic growth.
