LDA Launches Registration for Premium 29-Storey Narmada Apartments in Lucknow
The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has officially opened registration for its ambitious Narmada Apartments project, marking a significant milestone in the city's real estate landscape. This premium residential complex, located in Sector 4 of Gomtinagar Extension, is set to become the tallest building ever developed by the authority in Lucknow.
Project Details and Registration Process
Registration for the 29-storey Narmada Apartments commenced on Saturday and will continue until February 23. The building will feature:
- 300 flats with prices starting at Rs 1.4 crore
- 12 penthouses priced from Rs 2.8 crore onwards
Allotment of units will be conducted through a lottery system. Applicants are required to deposit 5% of the estimated cost as a registration fee, with a reduced rate of 2.5% for reserved categories.
Strategic Launch Based on Market Demand
LDA Vice-Chairman Prathmesh Kumar emphasized that the launch of this premium apartment project followed a comprehensive paid survey, which identified a strong demand for high-end housing in the Gomtinagar Extension area. "After successfully delivering 3,000 houses under the EWS, LIG, and EWS housing schemes, the Narmada Apartments will cater specifically to the premium segment of buyers," Kumar stated.
World-Class Amenities and Project Timeline
The Narmada Apartments will offer residents an array of luxurious amenities, including:
- A fully-equipped gym and swimming pool
- A spacious clubhouse and dedicated park area
- Children's play area and convenient shopping facilities
- Reliable power backup and parking for 500 vehicles
LDA Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh revealed that the estimated project cost is Rs 330 crore. The construction is targeted for completion within three years, with possession handover expected in five years. Post-allotment, buyers will have the flexibility to pay through 36 monthly instalments.
