TCS Digital Hub's First Phase Set for Inauguration Next Month

Inauguration Details and Project Scope

The project occupies about 94 acres within the 389-acre Technopark Phase IV campus. Tata Projects Ltd handled the construction, which is now nearing completion. The first phase alone covers more than 1 million square feet across two blocks.
This initial phase features cutting-edge office spaces, advanced laboratories, and dedicated collaboration zones. Officials plan phased operational roll-outs after the opening. Full activities should begin tentatively by May.
Employment Impact and Strategic Vision
The hub will initially support at least 6,200 professionals. This number will grow rapidly as additional blocks finish construction. When all project phases finalize, the campus could accommodate an estimated 21,000 professionals.
This makes it one of Kerala's largest employment generators in the IT and tech services sector. A senior Technopark official called the project a banner milestone for Technopark Phase-IV and Kerala's tech ecosystem.
The official emphasized that the hub will serve as a nucleus for collaboration. It will connect global clients, startups, and academic partners. Key focus areas include artificial intelligence, aerospace engineering, and advanced robotics.
