MSEDCL Schedules Four-Hour Power Shutdown in Nagpur

The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (MSEDCL) has announced a scheduled four-hour power shutdown in several parts of Nagpur on Tuesday, May 5, to carry out urgent maintenance, repair works, and installation of new electricity poles.

Power Shutdown Details Under Mahal Division

Under the Mahal division, new poles will be erected on an 11kV feeder originating from the Wathoda distribution centre. This maintenance activity will disrupt electricity supply in the following areas from 7am to 11am:

  • Vaishnodevi Nagar Chowk
  • Central Avenue
  • Parts of Babulban
  • Ambedkar Chowk
  • Jagjivan Ram Nagar
  • Chhapru Nagar
  • Dawai factory area

Power Shutdown Details Under Civil Lines Division

Similarly, under the Civil Lines division, repair works on another 11kV feeder will lead to power disruption in these areas during the same time period:
