Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy delivered a scathing condemnation of his Russian counterpart, labelling Vladimir Putin a "man of war" in the wake of a devastating missile assault on the capital, Kyiv. The attack, which occurred on a Thursday, resulted in significant casualties and damage, marking another grim chapter in the ongoing conflict.
Deadly Assault on the Capital
The city of Kyiv was rocked by a series of powerful explosions as Russian forces launched a coordinated missile strike.
