The minister provided specific insights into the advancements in semiconductor technology, revealing that the entire ecosystem for designing, fabricating, testing, and packaging semiconductors used in satellites is now available in-house at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) facility in Ahmedabad. This achievement underscores the state's capability to support cutting-edge research and production, reducing dependency on external sources and enhancing self-reliance in critical technologies.
