Astronaut's Exhausting Travel Schedule Revealed
Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla recently opened up about his demanding travel schedule during the India International Space Conclave held on Tuesday. The space professional shared the stage with Science Minister Jitendra Singh, where he disclosed the challenges of constant traveling over the past several months.
Non-Stop Events and Ministerial Encounters
Shubhanshu Shukla has been attending numerous events across the country to share his unique space experiences with various audiences. The astronaut revealed an interesting pattern in his interactions with Science Minister Jitendra Singh. "I get to meet the minister at many of these events," Shukla stated, "but by the time I return to Bengaluru, I see online that the minister is elsewhere addressing another event."
The astronaut expressed admiration for the minister's even more demanding schedule, noting that if his own engagements feel tiring, he can only imagine what the minister must experience with his extensive travel and appearance commitments.
Return to Flight Training and Future Plans
In the coming month of December, Shukla will continue his travels but with a significant difference. After completing a full year of specialized training for the upcoming Axiom-4 mission, the astronaut will return to his regular flying training activities. This marks an important transition in his professional journey as he balances public engagements with his core technical responsibilities.
The India International Space Conclave served as a significant platform for space professionals to share insights and experiences, with Shukla's revelations providing a glimpse into the demanding lifestyle of those involved in India's growing space program.
