Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati Launches GO-LX to Save Cows

Varanasi: Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati of Jyotirmath, who is spearheading a national movement to safeguard cows, has announced plans to launch GO-LX — a digital platform conceived to rescue cattle from slaughter by enabling direct purchase.

GO-LX: A Digital Platform for Cow Protection

Announcing the move in a video, the seer stated that he will buy cows through a new website modeled on OLX. Livestock farmers and traders can advertise cows for sale on the platform. He urged Hindus who wish to sell cows to sell them to him directly.

"We will not let any slaughterer purchase cattle," said the seer, adding, "We are developing this website at the behest of Hindus. People can sell their cows here. Those dedicated to cow protection will also be able to buy cows and serve them."

Commitment to Preventing Slaughter

He pledged to buy non-milking cows and those being sold for slaughter, enabling farmers to sell directly through his website. "Someone with genuine Hindutva will never give a cow to a butcher," he emphasized.

The initiative aims to provide a transparent and direct marketplace for cow transactions, ensuring that cows are not sold to slaughterhouses. The platform is expected to be operational soon, with details on registration and usage to be released shortly.
