How to Stop Important Emails from Going to Spam in Gmail
Stop Important Emails from Going to Spam in Gmail

Google users occasionally find that crucial emails continue to land in the Spam folder even after marking the sender as safe. According to Gmail’s official support guidance, this happens because the email has not been manually removed from Spam, the sender is not saved in contacts, or filters have not been properly configured. Google recommends moving emails out of Spam, adding trusted senders to Google Contacts, and creating filters to prevent future misclassification. Below is a step-by-step guide to prevent valid emails from going to Spam in Gmail.

On Computer

After removing the email, future messages from that sender will not go to Spam.

  3. Check the box next to the email you want to remove.
