INCET 2025 Answer Key Challenge Portal Opens May 29

The Indian Navy has officially announced the activation of the challenge mechanism portal for candidates who participated in the INCET-01/2025 recruitment examination for civilian positions. This notice, issued under the Ministry of Defence, pertains to individuals who sat for the examination and re-examination conducted between August 31 and September 3, 2025, and on February 2, 2026.

Access to Master Question Paper and Answer Key

According to the official notification, candidates can now access the portal through the Indian Navy recruitment website. There, they will be able to view the master question paper, the indicative answer key, and details of questions identified for cancellation or deletion. This facility has been introduced to allow candidates to raise objections concerning the published answer key and specific questions.

Challenge Portal Schedule

The Indian Navy has clarified that the challenge mechanism portal will be operational from 10:30 am on May 29, 2026, until 11:59 pm on June 11, 2026. Candidates are strongly advised to thoroughly review the published guidelines before submitting any objections. The official notice can be accessed on the Indian Navy website.

The recruitment authority emphasized that objections can only be submitted through the designated online portal under the civilian recruitment section of the official Indian Navy website. Any representations sent via letters, applications, or emails will not be accepted after the deadline.

Fee Structure for Objections

As per the notification, candidates must pay a fee of Rs 100 plus applicable bank service charges for each objection raised against a question. However, no fee will be charged for questions that have already been marked as cancelled or deleted in the indicative list.

The Navy further stated that if an objection is found to be valid after review, the fee paid for that specific challenge will be refunded to the candidate after deducting applicable bank charges.

Expert Panel for Verification

All objections submitted by candidates will be examined by a panel of subject matter experts appointed for this process. If a challenge is accepted, the answer key will be revised or finalized accordingly before the preparation of the recruitment results.

The official notice added that candidates will not receive individual communication regarding the acceptance or rejection of their objections. The Indian Navy also stated that its decision on all objections will be final and binding, and no further correspondence on the matter will be entertained.
