Jaipur: Hilton Jaipur has introduced a unique culinary experience for food enthusiasts in the capital city, bringing the famous street food of Indore to its premises. The hotel will host the '56 Dukaan - Indore Food Trail' from June 12 to 21, 2026, showcasing the rich food culture of Madhya Pradesh and the popular cuisine of Indore under one roof.
This special food festival, held at Hilton Jaipur's Aurum restaurant, draws inspiration from Indore's world-renowned 56 Dukaan, celebrated across India for its diverse street food offerings. During the event, guests can enjoy live cooking stations, interactive food counters, and a lavish dinner buffet featuring traditional dishes from the Malwa region.
The festival will feature popular dishes such as copra patties, garadu chaat, flying dahi vada, khatta samosa, bhutte ki kees, dal bafla, sev tamatar ki sabji, Malvi kadhi pakora, paneer jeeravan masala, green chicken Indori, and shikari jungle chicken. Other highlights include bun omelets, dal kachori with aloo sabji, special dishes inspired by the Jhoni hot dog, and the Jhajhat masala sandwich.
Beverages include traditional Indori shikanji, jeeravan lemon soda, kala khatta cooler, mango shikanji, jamun soda, and masala buttermilk. Sweet options feature jalebi with rabri, mawa baati, malpua with rabri, kulfi falooda, and molded ice cream.
