Besides the skin, a standout item is the Piano Woman emote, which features Lois playing the Family Guy theme song on her piano. Keep in mind that the Lois Griffin bundle will rotate out of the Fortnite Item Shop on May 17, 2026, at 8 PM ET. Accordingly, players have approximately one week to acquire the cosmetic items.

- Open Fortnite and navigate to the Item Shop by clicking on the Shop section.

- Select either the bundle or the individual item you wish to purchase.
- Press and hold the Purchase button to complete the transaction.
