Educationist Dr. Kuldip Charak and industry expert Dr. Hemant Jadhav jointly established the academy. Compared to traditional courses, the entire model is based on the concept of "Industry-Ready Leadership Development." Special emphasis will be placed on developing leadership qualities, execution skills, business acumen, financial understanding, team management abilities, and a global business outlook.
Programmes Offered
The academy will launch regular leadership programmes from Monday to Friday for fresh graduates, students beginning their careers, and aspiring industry leaders. Additionally, weekend special programmes will be available for working professionals, entrepreneurs, startup founders, and successors managing family businesses.
