Passengers travelling from Vadodara to Delhi faced major inconvenience on Tuesday after an Air India flight was cancelled at the last moment due to a technical snag. Airport sources confirmed that Air India flight AI-1808, scheduled to operate from Vadodara to Delhi, was grounded before departure after a technical issue was detected.

The sudden cancellation left several passengers stranded at the airport, leading to chaos and heated arguments between flyers and airline staff. Officials stated that the decision to cancel the flight was taken with passenger safety as the top priority.
Flight Schedule and Impact
Under normal operations, the flight departs from Vadodara airport at 8 am and reaches Delhi at around 9.45 am. However, passengers who had arrived at the airport early in the morning were informed about the cancellation only on Tuesday morning, triggering frustration among travellers.

Sources in the Airports Authority of India (AAI) confirmed that the flight was cancelled due to technical reasons. AAI officials said affected passengers were offered either alternate flight arrangements or full refunds. The airline assured that safety protocols were followed strictly.
