A Star-Studded Night at the Multiplex

Ahead of their crucial fourth T20I match against South Africa, the Indian squad decided to unwind with some high-octane cinematic action. On Monday night, the team, along with its support staff, visited the Phoenix Palassia Mall Multiplex in Lucknow. They reportedly booked an entire auditorium for the 8:10 pm show, ensuring privacy and security for the players.

The contingent was spotted arriving at the venue, with coach Gautam Gambhir, skipper Suryakumar Yadav, and vice-captain Shubman Gill leading the way. Other prominent players like Hardik Pandya, Arshdeep Singh, and Tilak Varma were also present. Bowling coach Morne Morkel accompanied the group, making it a full team event.

A company official explained the arrangement, stating that as "star players," the team required special protocols for their safety, which led to the booking of the whole screen. The entire group of approximately 40 members enjoyed the film and exited the multiplex around 12:10 am.
