In a significant development, Towhid Hridoy has been added to the Test squad for the upcoming series against Zimbabwe. The BCB chief selector stated, "Towhid has shown tremendous potential and consistency. We believe he can contribute effectively in Test cricket." The squad will be led by Mominul Haque, with senior players like Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das expected to play key roles.
