Tarn Taran student to lead Indian badminton team at Hong Kong

Alamdeep Singh, a Class XII student at Guru Nanak Dev Academy in Chabal Road, Noordi, Tarn Taran, has been selected to represent India at the Shuttlecock Open Hong Kong International Tournament. The competition will be held from June 10 to 14 at the Khlong Fork Sports Centre in Thinh Sha Shui, Hong Kong, under the auspices of the Shuttlecock Association of India.

Gold medalist to lead Indian contingent

Principal Jaspal Kaur Sidhu announced that Alamdeep, who won a gold medal at the national level, will lead the Indian team in the international event. She expressed immense pride in the achievement, noting that players from Guru Nanak Dev Academy are now competing on the global stage.
