Generation Speed 2026: Bigger Auto Fest at Aamby Valley

Generation Speed is coming back for its second edition in 2026. The automotive festival will take place on February 7 and 8 at the Aamby Valley air strip. After a successful first run, organizers plan a bigger and better event this time.

What's New in Generation Speed 2026?

The festival expands its format with a richer mix of automotive experiences. Visitors can expect more planned activities and a detailed schedule. Tickets are already available for purchase on the official website.

Ticket Prices and Options

Pass prices start at Rs 1,995. This is Rs 500 higher than last year's entry-level cost. Premium packages go up to Rs 16,995. Students get a special deal with a discounted one-day pass priced at Rs 995.

Interactive Motorsport Activities

Attendees won't just watch the action. They can actively participate in various motorsport-focused activities. Registration is open for drag races and lap-time challenges. A dedicated area offers experience-based activities like off-road trail drives and drift car ride-alongs.

Vehicle Display Themes

The display areas feature distinct themes. Legacy Lane focuses on classic and vintage sports cars. Motorsport Class highlights race cars that succeeded in Indian competitions. Supercars and rare exotics go to the Speed Shikari Den. Extreme custom builds appear under Mod’s Own Country.

Nearly 200 vehicles are expected at the festival. Many will perform live demonstrations on the Speedway. Alongside static displays, a shopping and lifestyle expo showcases automotive accessories, riding equipment, and tech gadgets. A dedicated Tuners Zone caters to performance-focused buyers and modification specialists.

Track Action and Competitions

Track action forms a major part of the programme. Drift competitions will have oversight from FIA-affiliated officials. The schedule includes FMSCI-approved autocross races, quarter-mile time trials, drag races, tuner battles, and mud drags for off-road vehicles.

Learning and Skill Development

The Generation Speed Schools initiative emphasizes learning. Scheduled activities include a two-day drift training programme by DX Drift Dubai. A structured 4x4 recovery and driving course is led by I4WDTA-certified instructors. Chetan Shivram Motorsport conducts a rally school combining theory with on-track driving.

Hands-On Experiences for Visitors

For those wanting to get behind the wheel, Generation Speed offers many experiences. Options include go-karting, dirt karting, and Mini Moto sessions for adults. Professional-grade race and drift simulators provide virtual thrills. Guided off-road trails let visitors explore the terrain.

Remote-control motorsport gets its own space. It covers RC drifting, boulder crawling, and free-form bashing. Away from the track, an adventure zone features ziplining, rock climbing, ATV trails, paintball, and camping.

Interactive Zones and Evening Events

Interactive areas like the GS Garage host simulator challenges and reaction-based games. Drift taxis and rock-crawling ride-alongs are available for passengers. Evenings transition into music and social programming with DJ performances against the Sahyadri mountain backdrop.

After-parties and themed gatherings are planned at Aamby Valley and partner venues. Food and beverage offerings include established brands, food trucks, and the Big Forkers Grill Fest. Family ticket options and age-inclusive activities make the event a weekend destination for enthusiasts and families alike.
