The Formula E championship is gearing up for an electrifying weekend in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with not one but two high-stakes races scheduled. However, the excitement extends far beyond the official Round 4 and Round 5 competitions. On February 15, following the double-header, the city will witness the return of the innovative Formula E EVO Sessions, where a select group of globally renowned digital creators will take the wheel of the cutting-edge GEN3 Evo race cars.

Massive Digital Influence on the Track

Formula E has curated a roster of ten influential creators, boasting a combined social media reach of an astonishing 300 million followers. This strategic move is designed to offer these personalities a unique, adrenaline-fueled experience while simultaneously introducing the all-electric racing series to a younger, entertainment-driven audience that is constantly seeking novel experiences.

What Are the Formula E EVO Sessions?

The EVO Sessions will pit the creators in a thrilling on-track competition. Participants will be divided into two distinct teams: Senor Frogs and QuickStars. Each team will compete internally, with the victors from each squad advancing to a final head-to-head duel.

Team Senor Frogs will be led by the popular YouTube racing collective of the same name, spearheaded by creator TheBurntChip. The team will also feature well-known personalities including Behzinga, WillNE, Arthur TV, and Izzy Hammond.

Team QuickStars will be captained by the influential Vikkstar. The complete lineup for this team is set to be officially unveiled on February 7, building anticipation among fans.

Strategic Partnerships and Viral Legacy

To execute this ambitious event, Formula E has partnered with Arcade, a premier management and production company. Arcade is notably the powerhouse behind the Sidemen, the United Kingdom's most influential creator collective, which commands over 21 million subscribers.

This year's sessions follow a highly successful inaugural event in March of last year, which was kicked off by the mega-creator MrBeast. That event captured global attention when MrBeast found the GEN3 Evo car exceptionally challenging, resulting in a barrier crash on his second lap—a moment that quickly went viral across social media platforms.
