Union Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya praised the initiative, describing it as a nationwide "jan andolan" or people's movement. He highlighted that participation occurred at over 2 lakh locations across the country, emphasizing the event's widespread reach. "This has grown into a true mass movement," Mandaviya stated, underscoring the growing public engagement in fitness activities under the Fit India campaign.

Minister of State Joins Ride and Encourages Youth Participation

Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Raksha N Khadse actively participated in the cycling event at Attari. She expressed pride in joining jawans and youth for the ride, noting its special significance. "This is a special event, and I am proud to be here and cycle with all of our jawans and youth together," Khadse said. She also urged participants to strive for mental and physical fitness akin to that of soldiers on the border.

In a key message to young citizens, Khadse emphasized the importance of civic engagement, stating, "I also urge our youngsters to register to become a voter because that is our fundamental right."
