Megha Singh Kanwar, whose roots lie in Khaniyud village within the Rajgarh tehsil, has charted an inspiring academic path. Her foundational education began at the Shaya Sanaura Government School. She later completed her Class 12 studies from the prestigious Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya located in Nahan. For her higher education, Kanwar attended Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry in Nauni, Solan, from where she graduated.

The HPPSC announced results for a total of 30 meritorious candidates against 35 advertised posts. The selection list includes a diverse range of administrative positions. Examination Timeline and Process

The HPAS-2025 selection process was conducted in multiple stages over several months. The preliminary examination was held on June 29, 2025. Candidates who cleared this stage appeared for the main examination, which took place from September 25 to October 1, 2025. The final hurdle, the personality test or interview, was conducted from December 22 to December 30, 2025.
