Dibrugarh Senior Superintendent of Police Abhijit Gurav outlined the extensive security arrangements being implemented. "We have established a three-layer security perimeter around the parade ground and its vicinity," Gurav stated. "Our approach involves extensive ground-level preparations to ensure foolproof arrangements for the CM's visit." The preparations involve meticulous coordination between multiple security agencies.
