Amit Shah's Packed Itinerary in Panchkula
The minister's schedule for December 24 is packed with diverse programs that blend tribute, governance, and community service.
Shah will begin his engagements by attending the 'Sahibzadon Ko Naman' programme as the chief guest at the Indradhanush Auditorium. This event marks Veer Bal Diwas, a day commemorating the martyrdom of the Sahibzadas of Guru Gobind Singh. At the same venue, he will also inaugurate an exhibition.
Subsequently, the Union Minister will proceed to the Tau Devi Lal Sports Stadium to take the salute at a police passing-out parade.
In a tribute to the former Prime Minister, Shah will unveil a statue of Atal Bihari Vajpayee at Atal Park. Following this, he will visit an exhibition dedicated to Vajpayee's life and legacy at Panchkamal.
A highlight of his visit will be addressing the Mega Cooperative Conference, which is also scheduled to be held at the Indradhanush Auditorium. This aligns with his portfolio as the Minister of Cooperation. Furthermore, Shah will inaugurate a mega blood donation camp, emphasizing public participation in welfare activities.
Significance of the Visit
The visit underscores the political and administrative focus on Haryana. The presence of both the Union Home Minister and the State Chief Minister at multiple events highlights the importance of the programs, ranging from historical remembrance and police valor to cooperative movement development and public health initiatives. The thorough review of logistics by senior bureaucrats indicates the significance attached to ensuring a seamless and secure event.
