Odisha WCD Department Hosts Comprehensive Workshop on POSH Act for State Secretariat Officials
The Women and Child Development (WCD) Department in Bhubaneswar recently conducted a detailed workshop focused on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, commonly known as the POSH Act. This initiative was specifically designed for officials of the state secretariat in Bhubaneswar, with the primary goal of strengthening awareness and promoting a safe and respectful work environment across administrative offices.
