A 79-year-old woman who had been missing since Thursday was discovered deceased in a waterhole adjacent to her residence on Friday morning. The victim has been identified as Devaki Amma, a resident of Valiyavila in Poovachal. Her body was recovered from a small pond that had been constructed to collect water for banana cultivation.
