She further assured that the Delhi government would provide NDMC with all necessary resources to expand greenery initiatives across the city.

Festival Features and Public Response

The Flower Festival showcases an impressive array of:

  • Elaborate flower arrangements
  • Landscaped exhibits
  • Horticultural presentations

These displays aim to promote urban gardening and raise awareness about environmental conservation. According to officials, families, office-goers, and morning walkers have been stopping by the park throughout the day to view the exhibits and take photographs.

Event Details and Future Plans

The festival will continue on March 4, with NDMC expecting steady footfall over both days as the venue remains open to the public. This annual event represents part of NDMC's ongoing efforts to foster interest in horticulture while adding vibrant colors to the Connaught Place area during the spring season.

The Flower Festival serves as both a visual spectacle and an educational initiative, demonstrating how urban spaces can be transformed through thoughtful horticultural planning and community engagement.
