Addressing party workers and supporters at a local tea stall, Chugh said the people of the state have grown disillusioned with the current dispensation and are looking towards the BJP for an alternative.
Chugh's Assertions on Political Change
Chugh, who is also the party's in-charge for Punjab, asserted that the state is ready for a political transformation. He criticized the ruling Congress government, accusing it of failing on all fronts, including law and order, unemployment, and corruption. The BJP leader claimed that the party's grassroots outreach through 'Chai Pe Charcha' is helping connect with the masses and understand their grievances.
