Tragic Motorcycle Crash in Agra Claims Two Young Lives
A devastating road accident unfolded in Agra on Monday night. Two motorcycles collided in the Dayalbagh area, resulting in immediate fatalities and multiple injuries.
Details of the Fatal Incident
The collision occurred around 9 pm near Ellora Enclave. The site was directly in front of Dayal Hospital on the road leading through the locality.
One motorcycle carried four young men traveling toward Dayalbagh. A second motorcycle with three individuals approached from the opposite direction, heading toward Nagla Haveli.
Police reports indicate one motorcycle attempted to overtake another vehicle at high speed. This dangerous maneuver led directly to the catastrophic crash.
Victims and Their Backgrounds
The impact killed two men instantly, both in their early twenties. Ramniwas, aged 25, lived in Dayalbagh. He recently completed his graduation. His father works as a farmer.
Abhay Sharma, aged 24, resided in Shastri Puram. His father passed away previously. An elder brother supports the family as a software developer.
Five individuals sustained injuries in the collision. Three suffered serious wounds while two received minor injuries according to police statements.
Injured Persons and Circumstances
The injured from the Bullet motorcycle include Amit (26), Dinesh (22), and Karan (22). From the other motorcycle, Himanshu (25) and Rajat (20) sustained injuries.
Initial investigation reveals the four youths on the Bullet were responding urgently. They received a call about a scuffle involving one of their friends. All four traveled together on the single motorcycle toward the reported altercation.
Police continue examining the exact sequence of events. The investigation focuses on speed, road conditions, and vehicle handling at the time of impact.
