Three Arrested in Rourkela for Alleged Dacoity Plot

Identities of the Arrested Individuals

- Anil Soy, aged 44, a resident of Sundargarh district
- Manoj Kandulana, aged 29, a native of Jharkhand
- Rajesh Majhi, aged 51, also from Jharkhand
