In a significant event celebrating legal excellence, the Tax Bar Association (TBA) honored approximately 80 senior advocates at a felicitation ceremony held in Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ceremony recognized these legal professionals for their long-standing and dedicated contributions to the legal profession, highlighting their commitment over many years.

The advocates who were felicitated had completed various milestones in their careers, including 25, 30, 35, 40, and more than 40 years in legal practice. Among the honorees, six distinguished advocates received special recognition for completing over 50 years in the legal profession. These individuals are Gopal Narayan Malhotra, Jagdish Kumar, Ashok Srivastava, Alok Kumar Singh, Shri Yadav, and Sudhir Kumar Srivastava. Notable attendees included Santosh Kumar, a judicial member of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) at the Lucknow bench; Santosh Srivastava, another judicial member of GSTAT; Narendra Kumar, also a judicial member of GSTAT; and Ramesh Chandra, Chairman of the State Tax Tribunal in Lucknow.
