In a disturbing incident in Noida, a couple was allegedly assaulted by four men after a confrontation regarding an unleashed pet dog in the Jaypee Greens Kosmos society in Sector 134 on Monday evening. According to police reports, the couple was seated in a park within the society around 8 PM when another resident approached, walking a German Shepherd without a leash or muzzle. As the dog neared them, the couple reportedly requested the owner to adhere to safety norms by leashing the animal. This request, however, sparked a heated argument, with the owner allegedly using abusive language and refusing to comply.
The situation worsened when the dog owner called three friends to the location. Together, the four men allegedly launched an assault on the couple, involving kicking and punching in full view of other residents.
