Muzaffarpur Woman Dies After Allegedly Poisoning Her Children

The woman, identified as Neelu Devi, lived in Lakhnauri village under the Deoria police station area. Her husband, Vipin Paswan, works as a laborer in Delhi. Neelu resided alone with their two children while some of her husband's relatives lived nearby.
Villagers reported hearing the children's cries and rushing to the house. They found Neelu and her children in distress and immediately transported them to a nearby hospital. Doctors declared Neelu dead upon arrival. Her children, eight-year-old Riddhim Kumar and five-year-old Nidhi Kumari, received emergency treatment.
